By accessing or using nct-iq.com (the “Site”), operated by the National Company for Translation (“NCT”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the Site's operation, attempt unauthorized access to any part of it, or use automated means to scrape or overload it.

Information on the Site, including service descriptions and any indicative pricing, is provided for general information. A request submitted through the Site (for example via the Get a Quote form) is an inquiry, not a contract. Translation, interpretation, localization, and related services are provided under the terms agreed in the corresponding engagement or quotation issued by NCT.

The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, images, and layout — are owned by NCT or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

If you submit material to us through the Site (for example documents attached to a quote request or a job application), you confirm you have the right to share it. We treat client materials as confidential and use them only to evaluate and deliver the requested service. See our Privacy Policy for how personal data is handled.

The Site may link to third-party websites (such as our social media pages). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NCT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision; continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
