The National Company for Translation (“NCT”, “we”, “us”) operates nct-iq.com from Alfaqma Building, 2nd Floor, Apt 8, Palestine Street, Zayona, Baghdad, Iraq. This policy explains what personal data we collect through the Site and how we use it.

Quote requests: name, contact details, and any documents or project details you attach so we can prepare a quotation.

Job and interpreter applications: name, contact details, CV, and the information you provide in the application form.

Site analytics: aggregate usage data (pages visited, device type) collected via Vercel Analytics. We do not use advertising trackers.

We use the data you send us to respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, deliver contracted services, evaluate applications, and improve the Site. We do not sell personal data. Documents submitted for translation are treated as confidential and shared only with the linguists and staff who need them to deliver the service.

Form submissions and uploaded files are stored with our hosting and storage providers (Vercel and its infrastructure partners). We keep quote and application data for as long as needed to handle your request, meet legal obligations, or maintain a business relationship, after which it is deleted on request or per our retention practice.

We share data only with service providers that host and operate the Site (e.g. hosting, storage, form processing), with contracted linguists bound by confidentiality where needed for delivery, and where required by law.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal data you have submitted through the Site. Contact we@nct-iq.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.

The public Site uses only essential cookies and privacy-friendly analytics. Admin login uses a session cookie strictly for authentication.
